Comedian Kim Jun Ho has revealed some unexpected side effects after losing 7kg using the weight-loss drug Wegovy, just a few months before his wedding.
In a video titled “Shabu-Shabu Date at a Famous Restaurant” posted on April 17 to the couple’s YouTube channel ‘JunhoJimin’, his fiancée Kim Ji Min shared, “Jun Ho lost 7kg with Wegovy, as you can probably tell.”
Kim Jun Ho did look noticeably slimmer, with a leaner face and sharper features. But it turns out the transformation wasn’t all smooth sailing. Kim Ji Min added with a laugh, “His personality changed too. He’s so sensitive now—it’s honestly driving me crazy.” Jun Ho admitted she was right, saying, “Yeah, it really does make you irritable.”
Wegovy has been making headlines lately as more celebrities and influencers talk about their weight-loss journeys with the drug. But as its popularity grows, so do concerns about side effects like mood swings and irritability.
Kim Jun Ho and Kim Ji Min went public with their relationship in 2022. The couple is getting married on July 13 in Seoul.
