On March 13, the production team of MBC's 'Good Day' confirmed to Herald POP that "the scheduled filming was minimized and conducted as planned." This comes after previous reports stated that Kim Soo Hyun would participate in the recording of 'Good Day' despite the controversy surrounding him.
Kim Soo Hyun has recently been embroiled in a major scandal involving the late Kim Sae Ron. Allegations have emerged that Kim Soo Hyun had been in a relationship with Kim Sae Ron, who was a minor at the time despite their 12-year age gap. Furthermore, after their breakup, it’s alleged that Kim Soo Hyun’s agency pressured Kim Sae Ron to repay 700 million KRW (approximately $532,000) during her financial struggles following a DUI accident and subsequent career suspension.
Initially, Kim Soo Hyun’s agency, Gold Medalist, denied all allegations as "groundless." However, as the controversy gained traction, the agency announced on March 13 that they will "clarify the facts and respond to baseless rumors with clear evidence next week."
