Former Momoland member Daisy has made shocking claims about the timing when idols undergo plastic surgery.

On March 22, Daisy opened up about her experiences as an idol on her social media account. On this day, she alleged that many idols undergo plastic surgery during breaks due to injuries or when taking time off from group activities. She also claimed that some idol members don't sign merchandise that needs to be signed. Instead, the staff members handle the signatures. 

Additionally, she exposed a common stage performance practice, where pre-recorded AR (all-recorded) audio is played while idols perform intense choreography to create the illusion of singing live.

There have been mixed reactions towards Daisy's claims online. Some found her claims to be "shocking but realistic," while others criticized her for "making statements that could harm fellow idols."

Daisy previously made headlines in 2019 when she was rumored to be dating iKON’s Song Yunhyeong. At the time, her agency, MLD Entertainment, confirmed the relationship, but Song Yunhyeong’s agency, YG Entertainment, denied it. Daisy later revealed that this controversy influenced her departure from Momoland.

She has also claimed that she was fired rather than voluntarily leaving the group, stating that she was given no prior notice. Meanwhile, MLD Entertainment attributed her hiatus to health and personal reasons. Daisy, however, insisted that she had wanted to return but was never given the opportunity.

Another allegation she raised was that the 70 million KRW (approx. 47,700 USD) production cost of Mnet’s audition program 'Finding Momoland' was included in her settlement statements. In response, the agency maintained that all contracts were signed with parental consent and were legally binding.

Currently, Daisy remains active, engaging with fans through her social media channels like TikTok.
