The upcoming STUDIO X+U drama 'Friendly Rivalry,' set to premiere on February 10, tells a gripping story of ambition, rivalry, and mystery against the backdrop of Chae Hwa High School—an elite institution for Korea’s top 1%.

The series centers on 'Seulgi,' a transfer student whose arrival shakes the school’s tightly held hierarchy while secrets surrounding her late father, a former CSAT (College Scholastic Ability Test) question setter, begin to unravel. Starring Hyeri (as Yoo Je Yi), Chung Su Bin (as Woo Seulgi), Kang Hye Won (as Joo Yeri), and Oh Woori (as Choi Kyung), the show explores the raw emotions and fierce survival instincts of teenage girls locked in high-stakes academic competition.

The main trailer for 'Friendly Rivalry,' released on January 22, offers a glimpse into the intense power struggles and complex relationships in the story. Seulgi, the new transfer student who shares the top spot with Je Yi, expresses distrust but a surprising admiration for her.

Despite tensions, Je Yi remains drawn to Seulgi, and their relationship is marked by a mix of camaraderie and obsession. The trailer also introduces a mysterious twist—Seulgi’s father, Woo Do Hyuk, a teacher at the school, has died under suspicious circumstances.
