Actor Choo Young Woo issues apology for verbal misstep during 'The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call' Interview

In a recent interview on January 30th for 'The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call,' actor Choo Young Woo unintentionally created a moment of awkwardness when he made a verbal misstep regarding his co-star, actor Ju Jihoon. 

While discussing Ju Jihoon’s intellect and character, Choo stated, “Ju Jihoon is smarter than I expected,” a comment that appeared to catch Ju Jihoon by surprise.

Realizing the unintended implication of his words, Choo quickly corrected himself. He clarified, “What I meant to express was that Ju Jihoon has always been my role model, and he is even more knowledgeable and well-read than I initially thought.” Choo then offered a heartfelt apology, acknowledging the slip of the tongue and reassuring Ju Jihoon and the audience of his admiration and respect.

This brief but endearing exchange highlighted the genuine relationship between the two actors. Their friendly dynamic, both on and off-screen, continues to resonate with fans, who appreciate their candidness and the warmth they share in their interactions.
