BIGHIT MUSIC updated fans on TXT Hueningkai's health after he left the group's concert.
On November 1, Hueningkai unexpectedly left TXT's 'ACT: PROMISE' encore concert at the KSPO Dome in Seoul. BIGHIT MUSIC stated Hueningkai had suddenly felt a decline in his health due to indigestion, and he's now focusing on recovering.
According to the label, he's "determined to participate" in the two remaining nights of TXT's encore concerts on November 2 and 3, but they would "prioritize his health."

"Hello, This is BIGHIT MUSIC.
We would like to update you on the status of Huening Kai’s health condition and his participation in 'TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR ENCORE IN SEOUL.'
On November 1st (Friday), during the first day of the 'TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR ENCORE IN SEOUL,' Huening Kai experienced a sudden decline in condition due to indigestion and was unable to continue performing. He is currently resting and focusing on recovery.
Although the artist is very determined to participate in the future shows, we will prioritize his health and flexibly adjust his participation based on his condition. We kindly ask for MOA’s understanding.
Our company will do everything we can to support Huening Kai’s recovery so he can meet fans again in good health. Thank you."
