Actor Lee Jang Woo confesses he regained 9kg (~19.8lbs) after his successful weight loss

Actor Lee Jang Woo has confessed to experiencing weight regain.

On the September 20th broadcast of MBC’s variety show 'I Live Alone' (Episode 563), Lee Jang Woo's current weight was revealed.

During the episode, Lee Jang Woo stepped on a scale while preparing to go out. A photo from three years ago, showing Lee Jang Woo with a slim and sharp appearance, was displayed. Park Na Rae, surprised, asked, "Isn’t this from the 'We Got Married' days?" Lee Jang Woo clarified that it was only from three years ago, to which Park Na Rae reacted in disbelief, saying, "Was he really that thin back then?"

Lee Jang Woo, who once weighed 108 kg (~237.7 lbs) during his "green jacket era," had shed 22 kg (~48.4 lbs) in just three months for a body profile photoshoot. However, five months later, he currently weighs 94.9 kg (~208.8lbs). Lee Jang Woo admitted, "I've gained weight back—it's a healthy kind of weight gain. It’s not because my health deteriorated, but rather the weight came back with me feeling in good condition."
