BTS' Jin has been named Gucci's new global brand ambassador.
On August 7, Gucci announced Jin as the luxury brand's latest global brand ambassador. Creative director Sabato De Sarno expressed Jin's "warm and kind personality is truly magnetic, and his style is simply unique. He is a generous and extraordinary artist who is able to move people with his music, which makes us even more honored to share this journey with him."
Jin has been seen wearing Gucci on several occasions and praised the brand as "iconic" with "a long-standing heritage and modernity. It is meaningful and thrilling to be a part of such a house."
The BTS member joins Gucci alongside other Korean ambassadors like Hanni, Lee Jung Jae, Park Gyu Young, and Jay Park. The brand has been strengthening its latest cultural product, and its 'Gucci Cultural Month' initiative is set to debut on October 15 in Seoul.
