2PM to Lend Their Support to ‘KBS Special - 30th Anniversary of Entertainer JYP’
KBS announced on the 7th that 2PM members Jun K, Nichkhun, Wooyoung, and Chansung will appear as guests on the ‘KBS Special - 30th Anniversary of Entertainer JYP’ (hereafter referred to as ‘Entertainer JYP’).
Along with this announcement, a teaser video was released through KBS 2TV and the KBS Kpop YouTube channel. The video features a snippet of 2PM’s hit song ‘Heartbeat,’ written and composed by JYP, which is sure to excite K-pop fans.
2PM, who debuted in 2008 under the production of JYP, gained immense popularity with numerous hit songs such as ‘10 Out of 10,’ ‘Again & Again,’ ‘Heartbeat,’ and ‘I’ll Be Back.’ Known for their acrobatic performances and masculine visuals, which were rare in the music industry at the time, 2PM created the ‘beast idol’ phenomenon, capturing the hearts of many.
Following TWICE and g.o.d as previous guests, 2PM is set to deliver a high-quality performance that promises to be a must-see event.
The recording of ‘KBS Special - 30th Anniversary of Entertainer JYP’ will take place on August 30 at 7 PM KST at KBS Hall.
