On the March 30 installment of Yoo Jae Suk's YouTube talk show 'Just an Excuse', co-stars Lee Jae Hoon and Lee Dong Hwi of the anticipated MBC drama 'Chief Detective 1958' appeared as guests.
When Lee Dong Hwi arrived at the filming site, Yoo Jae Suk mentioned, "[Jung] Ho Yeon said that she will finally show me how witty she can be with words," hinting that actress/model Jung Ho Yeon will soon appear as a guest on the show.
Lee Dong Hwi, well-known as Jung Ho Yeon's boyfriend, commented after hearing this, "I think that she is extremely excited about all of this." He then added on, "I'm looking forward to seeing whether or not she will be taught a lesson, or if she will actually make people laugh."
Later on, Lee Dong Hwi also expressed his gratitude toward K-Pop idol group ZEROBASEONE. He said, "I'm so happy when young people mention me. ZEROBASEONE gave me a shoutout. I met them once at an award ceremony, and afterward, they said that they were fans of my work and wanted to collaborate in the future."
However, Lee Dong Hwi continued, "When I told Ho Yeon about it, she said, 'Don't trust everything people say'."
