Earlier in the week, there were rumors that Yoo Jae Suk had purchased land for approximately 11.6 billion KRW (~ 8.8 million USD), but recently updated reports stated that Yoo Jae Suk had actually purchased land and a building for 20 billion KRW (~15.2 million USD) in cash.
On December 11, reports from the real estate industry revealed that Yoo Jae Suk acquired a 298.5 square meter (90.3 pyeong) plot of land in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at a cost of 11.6 billion KRW.
Contrary to initial reports indicating only the land purchase, it has now been verified that Yoo Jae Suk also acquired a four-story multi-family house (villa) along with the land.
Built in 2002, this expansive multi-family residence stretches across five levels, offering 11 rooms from the basement to the fourth floor. Occupying a substantial land area of 275.2 square meters (equivalent to 83.2 pyeong), this property was acquired at a significant investment of 8.2 billion KRW, which is approximately 6.2 million USD.
Interestingly, this property is part of a pair of real estate assets purchased by Yoo Jae Suk. Although these properties are next to each other, they each face different two-lane roads on their sides. This unique aspect boosts their real estate value.
Adding to the appeal of this location, Antenna Entertainment is situated nearby, in the same Nonhyeon-dong neighborhood as Yoo Jae Suk's recent acquisition. The area is also well-known for its robust demand for office spaces, attracting a diverse range of businesses, from entertainment planning agencies to startups.
