On the 18th, a broadcasting insider revealed that singer Lee Hyori is in the process of finalizing details to become the new host for the upcoming season of KBS 2TV's late-night music show 'The Seasons'.

The specific name of the program and the format have not yet been decided.

'The Seasons' is a seasonal music show where singers present new programs infused with their unique styles.

Previously, from February to April, singer Park Jae Beom hosted 'Park Jae Beom's Drive', and from May to August, Choi Jung-hoon of the band Jannabi hosted 'Choi Jung-hoon's Night Park'.

Currently, sibling duo AKMU is meeting the audience with 'AKMU’s Long day Long night' since September.

Lee Hyori is known to be contemplating a distinct concept for the program. This will be her first time hosting a late-night music talk show.

She previously appeared as a guest on 'AKMU’s Long day Long night' in October, showcasing her witty charm. The production team reportedly put effort into recruiting her after witnessing her charisma and wit in engaging with the audience.

Meanwhile, the new season of 'The Seasons' is expected to air as early as January. The production team plans to broadcast 'AKMU’s Long day Long night' until the 22nd and then regroup to record the new season.
