Hyunjin Mobbed at Airport: Fans demand more protection for Hyunjin after massive crowd at airport

AKP STAFF

Stray KidsHyunjin was recently spotted at the airport on his return trip to South Korea.

The idol found himself engulfed by a mob of eager fans, who, having learned of his return, had gathered in large numbers to await his arrival. Upon entering the arrivals area, Hyunjin was swiftly encircled by an overwhelming crowd. This unexpected surge of people made it exceedingly challenging for him to maneuver through the airport.

Particularly, online users and other fans were concerned for Hyunjin's safety as there were a few unreasonable 'Sasaeng' fans tailing the idol closely. Moreover, many fans were angered when they found that only one bodyguard was escorting Hyunjin at this time.

Many fans took to social media to express their discontent and direct their message to JYP Entertainment, demanding that the company tighten security measures and allocate more bodyguards to escort Hyunjin.

With the video of Hyunjin's return going viral, various hashtags such as #JypeProtectHyunjin pushing for his protection trended on social media.

This is happening way too much lately. if fans cant behave themselves they need to be banned from the airports. If they are going to allow fans, Idols need a separate entrance and exit with barriers that fans cant cross. Someone is going to get seriously hurt 😢

Instead of more bodyguards, how about staying home and not being obsessed psychos. There is a huge danger that one of these "fans', wanting to be infamous, could seriously harm one of these entertainers. Entertainers should always have a private entry and exit, away from these idiots.

If I were an idol, actor etc I'd be pissed at and afraid of the crowds. If I were a regular passenger, trying to make my flight, or trying to get home, I'd be pissed off at my progress being impeded.
