Park Bom preparing for solo album, overcoming health concerns

Singer Park Bom's recent update is gaining attention.

On the 7th, Park Bom posted several photos on her social media along with the short caption, "The bangs I cut myself."

In the photos, Park Bom showcases her 'doll-like beauty' with fair skin and bright red lips. Especially, despite her recent health concerns, she is now flaunting a healthy appearance, which has caught the eye.

Park Bom's 'health concerns' have been raised since 2020 when she gained attention for her weight gain during the 56th Daejong Film Awards celebration stage. She explained to OSEN at the time that she had gained weight due to focusing on her physical health and later went on a diet, losing 11kg to reveal a slimmer figure.

Then, when she appeared on the 'POPSTIVAL' stage in the Philippines last year, Park Bom once again drew attention for a sudden weight gain. Her noticeable change in appearance became a subject of interest and concern among fans.

In relation to this, a representative from Park Bom's side stated through OSEN today (7th), "Park Bom's health is fine," and added, "She is currently preparing for an album. Relevant news will be announced soon," raising expectations.

Park Bom, who made her debut in 2009 as a member of the group 2NE1, gained much love from the public with hit songs like 'Fire,' 'I Don't Care,' and 'Can't Nobody.'
