BLACKPINK's Jennie reportedly purchased a 5 billion Won ($3.8 million USD) luxury apartment in cash.
According to rumors, Jennie purchased a villa at the famous 'UN Village' neighborhood in Seoul without any loans. She's reported to have purchased the luxury apartment in cash and registered her address with the local municipal office.
In the middle of reports of Jennie's contract negotiations with YG Entertainment, the BLACKPINK member was found to have reportedly purchased a unit at the LaTerrace villa complex of UN Village this past July. The 2636 square foot apartment is said to have 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and Jennie reportedly put a 10% down payment for the place in February of 2021.
Her neighbors include actor Lee Jong Suk, who allegedly owns an apartment in the same complex.

UN Village, its like so many celebs stay there, i think several SNSD members also live there, i think its partly also because the security there is more secure so its a favorite place for celebs, as they wont be hounded by stalkers or fans while resting at home.
