Pledis Entertainment has posted an update on Seventeen S.Coups' knee injury.
Earlier this month, Pledis told fans S.Coups would be undergoing surgery for a torn ACL as well as taking a hiatus for recovery. On August 24, the label revealed his surgery was completed successfully, and he was discharged from the hospital this morning.
Pledis Entertainment stated, "On August 10, S.Coups sustained a tear to the ACL in his left knee during a content photo shoot. After receiving pre-surgery medical treatment as recommended by physicians, he underwent surgery to restore his ACL and anterolateral ligament on Monday the 21st. The surgery was a success and S.Coups was discharged from the hospital on the 24th Thursday morning, and he's been resting since."
S.Coups will now be focusing on recovery and rehabilitation. In the meantime, he'll be wearing a leg brave and using crutches and a wheelchair as well as receiving physical therapy. It's planned for the Seventeen member to participate in the group's schedule later this year.

As long as he continues to strictly follow his doctor's orders he should recover quickly and fully. Peldis should also ensure that the doctor's orders are followed to the letter without any exceptions! These types of injuries can be devastating if they don't heal properly and the recovery alone is a very long process can take upto a year if not Inger to return to normal. So make sure he does everything right from now on, every thing your doctor says do it!!
