One of K-Pop's most enigmatic scenarios continues to puzzle fans worldwide. On an online forum, netizens discussed the fate of PRISTIN, one of "K-pop's biggest mysteries." Netizens noted that PRISTIN made an impactful debut in 2017 and even bagged the coveted 'Best New Artist' award for their exceptional skills. However, despite their success, Pledis Entertainment seemingly ceased to promote the group following their 'WE LIKE' initiative.

PRISTIN then underwent a stagnant period of approximately 9 months without any substantive promotions, followed by a brief resurgence with a unit activity. The group was then once again relegated to the background until their disbandment in May 2019.

Shockingly, the total duration of PRISTIN’s active promotion as an idol group was merely four months. The Netizen who initiated the discussion lamented, "Even after all this time, I still do not understand why they neglected them."
