HYBE x Geffen raise anticipation for 'The Debut: Dream Academy' girl group competition show with new teaser photos

HYBE and Geffen unveiled a set of teaser images for their upcoming girl group competition program 'The Debut: Dream Academy.'

The images show a playfully hi-teen concept, with anonymous girls wearing school uniforms, ballet leotards, and even a pair of fluffy pink slippers similar to female students attending a performing arts high school.

According to a video teaser also released that day, the upcoming 'The Debut: Dream Academy' is on the hunt for the next global girl group, going from over 120,000 auditions to only 20 members.

Meanwhile, 'The Debut: Dream Academy's audition process will be revealed on YouTube with the contestants set to be revealed this week.

HYBE really needs to stop with the fetishization and sexualization of minors. I guess to them female idols are nothing more than pair of legs wearing a Halloween inspired sexy school girl costume.
