Poland is in Central Europe. People keep writing Eastern because they think they do, for some reason it sounds more exotic. In any case, Warsaw is easy to reach from anywhere in Europe, whether by train (they are not expensive) or by plane. Lots of tourists from different European countries visit Poland all the time, or come over for the weekend to go to a club, concert, etc. From Berlin to Warsaw takes about 10 hours by train. Fans from Germany will definitely come to something like this.
