KARA's Seungyeon is about to transform into a restaurant employee!
On May 25 KST, Korean media outlet 10Asia reported that the idol-actress will be joining the cast of JTBC's 'Laughing Boss' (lit. translation).
The variety show, which is slated to begin airing in June, is a delivery food sales competition program where celebrities serious about cooking open a delivery food restaurant, become operators of these restaurants, and compete via sales. Seungyeon will reportedly work as an assistant to the main chef, who will be responsible for checking orders as well as packaging and sending out food when it is ready. Other cast members confirmed to join include comedians Lee Kyung Kyu and Park Na Rae and rookie actor Kang Yul Do.
Meanwhile, Seungyeon will also be appearing alongside actor Lee Ji Hoon in the movie 'A Close Relationship' which is scheduled for release this July.
