BTS Jimin's fans are continuing in the footsteps of their idol to help alleviate the suffering of those in need.

On the 6th of February, the world was saddened by the news of devasting earthquakes in parts of the Middle East, namely; Turkey and Syria in particular. The region suffered great devastation in the wake of the high-magnitude quakes, with casualties rising. World nations and the international community at large have been working together to send donations and other assistance to those trapped and needing vital necessities.

Jimin's fans responded to this urgent crisis in one united spirit of love and goodwill. PARKJIMINUSA, one of the largest Jimin fan bases in the United States, shared a tweet declaring their donation towards The Turkey Syria Earthquakes Fund of CARE for lifesaving emergency aid under Jimin's name, saying, “The recent news of devastating earthquakes that hit Turkey and Syria is truly heartbreaking. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families.”

The CARE Turkey-Syria Earthquakes Fund helps reach vulnerable people with emergency food, health services, shelter, hygiene kits, cold weather supplies, and cash assistance. The call to donate was also answered by one of Jimin's largest fanbases PJMDATA, the team decided to donate to CARE as well as AHBAP under Jimin's name to help in any way. They also urged everyone to share news of the disaster and donate, listing down other organizations that are helping.

Jimin Indonesia is another fanbase that has donated to CARE for lifesaving emergency aid adding, “Our prayers and thoughts go out to the victims their families and loved ones.” It is expected that fans will continue to donate and assist towards this noble cause, as illustrated by JIMIN AUSTRIA, the first official Park Jimin fan club in the country, who shared a link to UNICEF Austria, inviting followers to donate towards helping children who are the most vulnerable in the earthquake hit regions.

Jimin's fans are known for donating towards various humanitarian causes in Jimin's name, either on his birthday, on special occasions, or in emergency situations. They are just like Jimin, who was added to the Jeollanamdo Education Office Hall of Fame board for being one of its most notable contributors, the Green Noble Club, a group of major donors of the Green Umbrella Children's Foundation that consists of donors who donate 100 million won or more. He has donated to his alma mater, the Busan Arts high school, the Busan Metropolitan Office of Education, and the Gangwon Provincial Office of Education. Jimin also donated to the Rotary organization to help in the alleviation of Polio, earning recognition from its President, Shekhar Mehta.
