On January 27, SM Entertainment notified fans of NCT member Haechan's return to activities soon. 

Haechan, who previously "halted his schedules due to a decline in his health conditions as to rest and recuperate, will be resuming all activities beginning with NCT 127's 4th repackaged album release on January 30." 

SM Entertainment further relayed, "During his break, Haechan focussed on rest and treatment, and as a result his health has improved significantly. As the artist showed strong will to return to his group to carry out his activities with the rest of his members, and also meet his fans, his return to promotions was a decision made through adequate consultation with his physician."

Earlier this month on January 7, it was announced that Haechan had experienced abnormal heart palpitations and shortness of breath, and thus consulted medical advice. The idol went on to announce a temporary hiatus after being advised to rest.

NCT 127's 4th repackaged album 'Ay-Yo' drops on January 30.
