NewJeans' Minji to also skip out on college entrance exams this year following IVE's Wonyoung and Liz.
On November 9 KST, NewJeans' agency ADOR revealed, "NewJeans' Minji will not be taking the CSAT this year." Minji was born in 2004 and will be skipping out on this year's college entrance exam to focus on her career. Like Minji, IVE's Wonyoung and Liz are artists who were also born in 2004 and recently announced that they will not be taking the CSAT this year to focus on their entertainment careers.
Meanwhile, NewJeans and IVE are currently among the top female K-pop groups that are receiving love from fans all over the world.

Bad decision imo... hoping they all go forward with highly successful long lasting careers as idols, but what if they don't? Plan for the worst, hope for the best and while you can study for it later, it would be easier to take it now. It's also possible to be an idol *and* take college courses.
