BTS member Jin has wrapped up first-week sales for his 1st single album 'The Astronaut' on the Hanteo chart, as of November 3.
Originally released on October 28, Jin's 'The Astronaut' has recorded a total of 700,954 copies in first-week sales, becoming the 3rd best-selling album by a solo artist in terms of first-week sales, just behind Lim Young Woong and EXO's Baekhyun. In terms of first-week sales records for all albums, 'The Astronaut' lands at #33, a rank previously held by BTS's 'Love Yourself 承 Her'.
It's important to note that the Hanteo chart largely does not account for physical album sales in the United States, or any other album distributors not verified by the chart.
Meanwhile, BTS Jin's "The Astronaut" was co-composed, written, and produced by Coldplay.
