ASTRO's Moonbin, Sanha, & VERIVERY's Kangmin bid farewell to MBC's 'Show Champion' after 2 years and 8 months

On October 26, ASTRO's Moonbin, Sanha, and VERIVERY's Kangmin bid farewell to MBC M's 'Show Champion' after hosting the music program for approximately 2 years and 8 months. 

Affectionately known as MCs "DdanKongMin", Moonbin, Sanha, and Kangmin have been hosting 'Show Champion' since March of 2020. Now, 2 years and 8 months later, the three MCs shared remarks of gratitude as they bid viewers, and the staff, goodbye. 

First, Moonbin relayed, "These 2 years and 8 months have been filled with joy and happiness, and I also learned a lot. To all of the directors and writers who worked so hard, thank you. I will do my best to show you a better side of me, so please look forward to it. Our Arohas, thank you for cheering me on every week without fail."

Next, fellow ASTRO member Sanha shared, "When I first heard that I would be an MC for 'Show Champion', I was nervous, excited, and overjoyed. I can't forget those emotions. In the blink of an eye, 2 years and 8 months have passed. It was a joy to be able to greet everyone every Wednesdays, and thanks to the program, I grew a lot as a person. To all of the directors, writers, and staff, thank you so much, and even though we will be leaving physically, our hearts will still be nearby. And to our Arohas who always cheered us on by our side, thank you and I love you." 

Finally, VERIVERY's Kangmin stated, "I looked back and realized that it's already been well over 2 years since I became MC. There are so many people I am thankful for. Our PDs, writers, and camera directors, who trusted in me, thank you so much. And also thank you to DdanKong hyungs for showering me with love. Lastly, thank you to all of the viewers for your affection, and thank you to the most reliable people in the world, VERRER."

Meanwhile, Kangmin will be making a comeback very soon through his group VERIVERY, releasing their third single album 'Liminality - EP. Love' on November 14.
