Jimin has been reimagined in so many unique and beautiful art forms. He is the muse for artists worldwide, and recently, the South Korean artist Lee K revealed all about his experience in an interview.

On the 20th of October, famed artist Lee K discussed craft and journey in an interview given to KOCIS magazine under the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism.

The renowned artist, who has long declared Jimin as his artistic muse and used him as the representative on most of his posters globally, had a few of his illustrations displayed at the prestigious Carrousel du Louvre in Paris from the 1-4th of September. He garnered praise and appreciation from the throngs of visitors who visited the fair, especially to see his BTS' Jimin portrait, which brought more than 10,000 art appreciators to the museum to catch a glimpse of his work.

After its showcase, lots of fans shared videos and images of crowds in front of the portrait as well as the queues which were waiting to get to the venue. The writer Rahma Runindaru expressed her great desire to one day see the Jimin artwork in a stunning prose, later on, a few of his Jimin art pieces, along with the one exhibited at the Louvre, were taken to the Magnate café, owned by Jimin's father. The Magnate café also got a lot of visitors as a result, and on Jimin's birthday week and the BTS 'Yet to Come' concert in Busan, the café saw yet more fans from all over the world who made their way there.

Throughout the interview, Lee K revealed that he had heard from officials that many people were waiting at the entrance to see the work modeled after BTS' Jimin. He got nervous and moved by the great interest, thought that, above all, he should repay the people with a better work and he hopes to visit the local area, communicate and meet more with the people after the COVID-19 situation abates.

Lee K's style of art is unique and creative, and he is particularly known for capturing human faces this interest stems from his desire to learn more about people. When the subject he is painting is someone he likes, it becomes more interesting, and it is the reason why BTS Jimin is considered his muse, since it is this factor that allows him to enjoy his work and keep on doing it.

The artist talked more about Jimin, saying that after listening to BTS' music for some time, he felt that Jimin has a special charm to himself; his face has a unique characteristic in which the Eastern and Western charms and male and female beauty coexist. Every angle of his face has a different personality and gives off a different allure based on the lighting and expression.

Lee K is an artist with wide expertise in drawing, painting, tattooing, and sculpturing and uses graphite, charcoal, pens, markers, oil pastels, and oil paint too. He had always dreamed of being a great artist someday, and even if he joined the field professionally in 2017, has seen great recognition. He has been included in the Top 22 artists to watch in 2022 by Singulart and is famous for his denial of language technique notable in his works to express depression and sadness in a character.
