According to management label Palmtree Island on September 27, former Lovelyz member and musical actress Kei has decided to part ways with the agency, just one month after signing. 

A representative of Palmtree Island relayed, "After a lengthy and serious discussion, Kei and Palmtree Island have decided to part ways while cheering each other on. Even after our management contract with Kei comes to an end, Palmtree Island will continue to root for Kei's future activities sincerely." 

Kei's contract with Palmtree Island will be terminated at the end of September, after which the singer/musical actress plans on seeking out a new agency to resume her promotions.

Meanwhile, Kei previously became wrapped up in dating rumors with singer Junsu, the founder of Palmtree Island. Both sides strongly denied the dating rumors, and Junsu even referred to the incident via his SNS as "the most ridiculous news I have ever seen involving myself."
