BLACKPINK's "SHUT DOWN" remains at #1 for a record sixth day in a row on Global Spotify

K-Pop titans BLACKPINK once again showed their impact with the release of their long-awaited album “BORN PINK,” as they have broken countless records to date and remain at the top of various music and sales platforms worldwide.
Spotify today reported that the most streamed song in the world was "SHUT DOWN," with 5,004,505 streams, making it its sixth day on the platform and extending its record as the only song by an Asian act which remains many days at number 1 on Spotify Global.
Fans are so proud of all that the four idols have accomplished as BLACKPINK is now the Asian act with the only two songs that have had the longest duration at #1 on Spotify Global in Korean history, "Shut Down." (6 days and counting) and "PINK VENOM" (3 days).
