ASTRO member Cha Eun Woo attended a press conference on August 6 ahead of his fan meeting in Manila, Philippines. A few lucky fans were able to see Eun Woo prior to the fan meeting event, which was held at Novotel. When Eun Woo arrived, decked out in a high-fashion black suit, screams greeted him. With all of the media and fans in attendance, Eun Woo immediately greeted everyone, saying, "Hello! Long time no see. I missed you! How about you?" eliciting screams from fans, who replied, "I miss you too!"

"It's been a while since I came here, so I tried my best to really prepare a show where fans can have fun and enjoy themselves," said Eun Woo.

The global superstar then responded to allkpop's question. When asked what the most noticeable change he sees in himself, Eun Woo replied, "I don't know exactly, but maybe, [I'm still] the same," but fans disagreed, saying he got better and more attractive. Eun Woo then added, while smiling, that he had learned so much since his debut as an ASTRO member, "Yes, I got better," and "[I became] more confident," before doing a cute expression "Ya!"

"I'm so happy, and I'm so excited to see my fans," the idol-actor says when asked how he feels every time he returns to the Philippines. "Even last night, when I landed at the airport, my fans warmly welcomed me."

Regarding what inspired him behind writing the lyrics of his first solo song "First Love", Eun Woo replied, "It's not so much like a specific that inspired me, but it's more like the things I see and experiences, that's how where my inspiration comes from."

"Let's have a great night tonight! Thank you for waiting [for] me, "Eun Woo concluded the press conference. "Mahal kita! (I love you!)", he said.

Meanwhile, Cha Eun Woo's solo fan meeting aptly titled '2022 Just One 10 Minute - Starry Caravan,' is scheduled for 7 PM at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Eun Woo previously met his fans in Jakarta and Bangkok on July 23 and 30, respectively. Following his meeting with his Filipino fans, Eun Woo will head to South Korea, Singapore, and Japan to continue his fan meetings.
