The response for Jimin and Sungwoon's 'With You' was explosive on its first day of release, sparing no platform in setting new records despite its very short tracking period of just 10 hours for international streaming platforms and just an hour for the Korean music platforms.

Against all odds, the song still attained the highest debut for a Korean OST on Worldwide Apple Music Song Chart [read here], achieved the fastest 100 number ones and the most number ones in the first 24 hours of release in the history of iTunes [read here], posted the highest top 100 debut on Melon with the most first-hour likes and unique listeners among all songs sung by BTS members, only second to the group's 'My Universe' [read here], and recorded the second-biggest debut day for a Korean OST, landing at #5 on Global Spotify charts and becoming the only Korean OST to spend two days in the Top 5 of the Spotify Global Daily chart [read here].

Shazam, a music discovery app, is another platform where 'With You' set a new record of becoming the most Shazamed K-drama OST in its first 24 hours with more than 55k Shazams.

This record is not surprising as in just a matter of hours following the release of the song, it had already entered the Top 200 Shazam Charts in 16 countries, later peaking at #1 in countries like South Korea.

Presently, a week after the song's release, it is still in the Top 200 Shazam charts in 23 countries, with its position consistently rising on the chart, currently having reached a new peak of #27 on the Shazam Top 200 Global Chart as of May 1.

The song is especially recording high Shazam numbers, enough to enter the Top 200 chart, in big music market countries and other prominent regions, including Brazil, Canada, India, and Pakistan, to mention a few.

As of April 29th, 'With You had already surpassed 100k Shazams, only five days after its release, and currently, it has surpassed 120k Shazams after a full week. Other Jimin's songs under BTS' discography also entered the Shazam global chart as more people were enticed with his vocals in 'With You' and sought out his other songs.

It is mind-blowing the success that 'With You' has received with all its records on different platforms on its release day, even though the time of release put it at a significant disadvantage in terms of charting both domestically and internationally.
