On December 1, Spotify released its annual list that unveils the top artists, albums, songs, and more. In this year's 'Spotify Wrapped,' the leading music streaming platform broke down how the world listened to K-pop this year and included the most listened to K-Pop artists, albums, and songs.
In the year 2021, BTS completely solidified its titles as global superstars as they wrote a new history for K-pop. According to Spotify, the group has more than 7 billion streams in 2021 and became the third most-streamed artist across the globe, following Bad Bunny and Taylor Swift.
