Kim Go Eun, Nam Ji Hyun, and Park Ji Hoo have been cast as the female leads in the new tvN drama 'Little Women'.
'Little Women' (directed by Kim Hee Won, screenplay written by Jung Seo Kyung) depicts the story of three sisters who grew up with a poor background and their fight against the richest and most influential families in Korea. A thrilling plot will unfold after the three sisters get involved in a big incident, and they must work together to solve their life-long homework of 'money'.
Kim Go Eun will be playing the role of the oldest daughter Oh In Joo, who learns early on that she must take on the role of the protector. While her original dream is to merely live a normal life like others, a big incident turns her life upside down. Nam Ji Hyun will be playing the role of the second daughter Oh In Kyung, a reporter who pushes for justice. After a mysterious incident that she first encountered as a rookie reporter resurfaces, In Kyung works to uncover the deep dark secrets once and for all. Finally, Park Ji Hoo will be playing the role of the third daughter Oh In Hye, who gets accepted into a prestigious art school due to her gift in drawing.
The production team of 'Little Women' stated, "The lives of the three sisters are intertwined through a particular incident, adding a unique excitement [to the plot]. The story of three sisters in search for their direction in life, while facing against a greater power, will be drawn in a powerful and interesting way."
tvN's new drama 'Little Women' is scheduled to be broadcast in 2022.
