The news about the inclusion of a BTS song in one of the biggest film productions in Hollywood by one of the biggest film production companies, Marvel Studios, has been a hot topic over the past weeks. It was big news because this would be the first BTS song ever and the second Korean song in history to be in a Hollywood blockbuster movie.

On November 4, Chloé Zhao, the director of the newly released Marvel movie 'Eternals,' sat down for an interview with the cable news channel ETtoday, regarding the movie. Among the questions posed to her was one about how or why she chose the song 'Friends,' written, composed, and produced by Jimin, to be featured in the movie.

In her response, she said, "It is because this is my favorite BTS song. I like Jimin very much. He is too cute." Moreover, she said the song's lyrics matched the feelings between the characters in the movie and added that Jimin and V, who performed the song, made a beautiful song together.

Her response confirmed that Jimin was the reason the song ended up in the movie.

Chloé is a filmmaker of Chinese origin whose work has been recognized and acknowledged by some of the biggest film awards in the US. For instance, some major awards that she has won include 2 Academy Awards such as Best Picture 2020 and Best Director 2020), multiple Golden Globe Awards such as Best Director 2020 and Best Motion Picture - Drama 2020, British Academy Film Awards for Best Film 2020, and Best Director 2020, and several other awards.

Other film directors have mentioned Jimin before and expressed their interest in working with him prior to Chloé. For instance, back in 2019, Gus Van Sant, an award-winning American director, praised Jimin's aura and expressed his desire to photograph him. Jared Bush, an American screenwriter, and Rikiya Imaizumi, a Japanese director, among others. Jimin has truly become a favorite in the film industry.

There have also been mentions of Jimin from influential figures outside of the film industry, including but not limited to individuals and institutions from music, dance, Olympics, and fashion. 

In fact, the current global ambassadorship deal between BTS and the biggest fashion house in the world, Louis Vuitton, was revealed to have been made possible because of Jimin's impact, according to a leading Korean fashion magazine Fashionbiz.

Jimin's impact has swept across every major industry across the globe, even though he does not have any individual activities. He promotes as a group with the member of BTS but has managed to stand out and make a name for himself.

Meanwhile, those who have watched the movie have praised it and the director for getting everything right.

Jimin is being name-dropped every other day by heavyweights in different major industries. Fans are excited at the thought of what is to come for him and the myriad of opportunities awaiting him.
