According to an exclusive report by Star News on August 22, IZ*ONE members Jang Won Young and An Yu Jin will be making their second debut under a new girl group with their agency Starship Entertainment.
Following the end of IZ*ONE’s contract earlier this April, the members’ future paths have been a hot topic of discussion. Jang Won Young and Ahn Yu Jin who finished 1st and 5th in the idol survival program “Produce 48” also garnered a lot of discussion surrounding whether they would stay with their current agency. This news would confirm that they have decided to stay and continue on with Starship Entertainment.
Meanwhile, the members of this upcoming girl group are said to be in their mid to late teens. The name of the group, the final number of members and the concept of the group are still in discussion and Starship Entertainment plans to conclude them soon.
