On April 8, a representative from broadcasting station MBN told various media outlets, "Park Soo Hong is currently attending today's recording for 'Dongchimi' as scheduled." 

Previously, it was revealed that the TV personality would be leaving his fixed position on SBS's 'My Little Old Boy' temporarily along with his mother, in order to focus on rest and as not to cause viewers any discomfort. However, Park Soo Hong will be resuming his other schedules, including programs such as 'Dongchimi', as planned. 

Park Soo Hong is currently in the midst of pursuing legal action against his older brother and his sister-in-law for embezzlement and fraud. The family of his older brother is reported to have embezzled Park Soo Hong's lifetime of earnings from the past 30 years. 

Back on April 7, Park Soo Hong also appeared as a guest on MBC's 'Radio Star', where he talked about enduring some of the hardest times of his life recently, indirectly referencing his family's conflict. The 'Radio Star' recording took place a few days before the controversial news made headlines; however, many viewers still pointed out how much weight Park Soo Hong had lost due to stress, how worn and tired he looked, etc.
