The month of April just blossomed, and while, the world was busy celebrating April Fool’s day, BTS’s V stole the spotlight and made the day his!

BTS released a Japanese OST ‘Film Out’ for the TV Series ‘Signal.’ While V has limited lines in the song that often leaves the listeners a bit unsatisfied, his Japanese pronunciation is being praised along with his excellent vocal technique.
Unlike most other singers, V is someone who clubs beautiful words with raw emotions and sings to the soul of the listener. His soulful voice stood out in the song and took ARMYs on an emotional roller coaster. 

Strong emotions flooded the Japanese side of the fandom as they marveled over the effort V put in to make his pronunciation perfect. V’s verses became the focal point of the song and took the top spot on the Twipple Japan trends, even trending above BTS. His name ‘Kim Taehyung’ trended with more than 200k tweets. 

After almost a month-long hiatus, V ‘came home’ and greeted fans with a simple ‘Hi’ on weverse and drenched the thirst of ARMYs who were pining for the idol and missing him miserably. Soon after his update, more than 10 terms related to him trended on Twitter. 

While V’s name ‘Taehyung’ has been muted by Twitter due to excessive usage and risk of trending every second, he still managed to make his way to worldwide trends after teasing fans. V explained that he was refraining from posting in order to make ARMYs grow more affectionate towards him, something, that melted the glacial hearts of fans.

Although V left soon after posting, his honey-laced words made fans fall more in love with him. Japan, which is often called ‘Taetaeland,’ was quite boisterous in expressing its love for their prince as he trended on Twipple Japan at #1 while ”Kim taehyung x weverse" emerged as a hot topic. 

Twipple Japan is the best measure of a celebrity’s popularity, and V extended his record as the highest-ranked foreigner on Twipple Japan’s Monthly Ranking.  Taehyung ranked #5 on the Twipple Japan celebrity ranking monthly list for March 2021 and in the first quarter of 2021. He ranked with 437,670 accumulated related tweets, while BTS ranked at #8 for the monthly ranking of March and #14 for the first quarter of 2021. 

This is his 13th month as the highest-ranking foreigner on the chart.

V sure must have worked very hard to have fans that adore and praise him so much. He is a perfect amalgamation of visuals, vocals, and charms that can make anyone weak in the knees. His popularity is like the expanding universe; unstoppable, unimaginable yet graceful in its pace. Great things can be expected from him in the future.
