The Boyz will be taking the higher road.

Creker Entertainment posted a message into The Boyz's fancafe regarding the defamation lawsuit that they had filed on behalf of Sunwoo. An anonymous poster had accused him of school violence but had recently admitted it was made up. Creker Entertainment had sued the poster back in February. The label confirmed that everything was false, and that the post was deleted not long after it was originally uploaded.

However, because the poster apologized and promised not to do something like this again, Creker Entertainment has decided not to take legal action against the original uploader. All the same, the label will not be going easy on future offenders, and warned any potential offenders that they would continue to monitor the situation around The Boyz and would be taking fan reports as well.
