A man in his 30s was sentenced to prison for secretly putting his urine in the coffee of female customers at an internet cafe.

The Ulsan District Court's Criminal Affairs Department 2 announced on February 11 that they have sentenced Mr. A (34), who was indicted on charges of theft and property damage, to eight months in prison and a fine of 300,000 KRW ($271.88).

Mr.A was indicted in June last year on charges of secretly putting his urine in women's coffee while two women in their 20s and 50s were away from their seats at an internet cafe in Jung-gu, Ulsan.

Mr. A carried his urine in a beverage bottle while committing this bizarre crime. The man committed this strange act when the women were away from their seats for a while. He also stole an electric scooter worth 600,000 KRW and 210,000 KRW in cash.

The court stated, "The defendant has repeatedly committed crimes, a total of eight crimes since 2011. In particular, he was sentenced to prison for committing the same crime just a month after being sentenced to probation for theft and committing the crime in a bizarre way without any reason or motive."
