He trended after his Worldwide Fanbase Account @still131fan on Twitter published about Hanbin volunteering to help people who were especially in difficult times due to COVID-19.

IOK Company’s Newest Executive Director, Hanbin, showed up with warm tea and sweet potatoes to encourage his fans after he and fans both were volunteering.

Fans kept describing how Kim Hanbin and his friends started working immediately after they arrived and also wore the proper work clothes. 

After they finished the volunteering, Kim Hanbin made sure to make conversation eye-contact with every fan and gave them his autograph.

After fans told him to take care of his weight, he also added that they should not be worried about that.
