ARMY demand refunds or other courses of action regarding subpar fanmeet products

I, for one, did not purchase any products from the Bang Bang Con, as I wasn't interested, but I will say. I don't think it's exactly Big Hit's Fault...It is risky to buy anything now a days (not just electronic's) however, where I live here in the u.s. in Las Vegas it's 115 degrees Farenheight 46.1 celcius for those who follow celcius...it is HOT AS HELL...and anything can melt. I'm shocked half the cd's I've purchased don't melt with how hot the boxes are. I think there's a combination of who's at fault, it could be cheaply made, thus the plastic could melt easily but it also depends on how these were stored, were they not stored in a proper place to prevent them from over heating/melting? were they sitting in the sun too long at customs? it's really hard to determine what happened, however I think the damage is clear and everyone who received a defective product should get their money back. That would be the right thing to do here. Those appeared to have come with photocards and I know a ton of people collect those, they could be affected by this as well, plus if someone doesn't inspect it properly or lets say it doesn't show on the outside that it's damaged, and they go to use it, it could cause a fire, it could electrocute someone (not saying it's THAT powerful, just throwing ideas out here). I do believe the company who was responsible for shipping these out should be looked at.
