The possible legal consequences that BIGBANG's Daesung could face

Just recently on an episode of ‘Access Showbiz Tonight’, a lawyer talked about the potential legal consequence BIGBANG member Daesung might face should he be found to be aware that illegal businesses were being run inside the building he owns.

At the moment, the K-Pop idol has been caught up in a scandal involving the building that he owns where alleged solicitation of prostitutes was taking place.

Daesung has denied knowledge of illegal businesses being run in his building and stated that it was because he had to enlist in the military right after purchasing the building.

However, a lawyer recently came forth suggesting that Daesung was most likely aware of everything that was happening inside the building. The lawyer claimed that Daesung held a meeting with real estate agents and other lawyers to discuss if there were any possible ways to kick the tenants responsible for the illegal businesses out of the building.

According to a legal expert, DaeSung might face up to seven years in prison if he is found to have been aware of prostitution businesses being run in his building but remained silent about it.

Yeah and Yoochun was going to get 15 years. These 'lawyers' that appear on tv giving their expert advice are a joke.

Has it even been confirmed that police are re-investigating these CLOSED businesses at all? They found nothing except some tax evasions (registration as restaurants when they had installed sound equipment) - which had NOTHING to do with the owner (s) of the building (oh, including the previous owners).

THIS guy is simply feeding into the hearsay/rumor mill - he's got nothing except vague claims. You know what? The police DID investigate those businesses in March/April. Although THEY didn't notify Daesung, it's highly likely the management company just might have found this out, and possibly discussed with Daesung the merits/problems with keeping the businesses as tenants. HOW exactly does this reflect badly on Daesung, pray tell, delulu haters????? Plus these businesses are now GONE.
I'm so very over this non-issue.
