Hyeri posted two photos on her Instagram today to thank fans for helping her celebrate her birthday. She thanks her fans as she poses with cakes and gifts that she received from them. The caption reads, “Hyeri Day! Thank you for celebrating with me. I am a really happy person.” It seems like the fans were really able to make this day special for her.
