Actor Lee Byung Hun has purchased a home in a neighborhood near Los Angeles's 'Universal Studios', worth approximately $2Million USD.

Reports say that the actor chose to purchase the home in LA while on vacation in the U.S. with his wife Lee Min Jung, early in 2019. According to his label BH Entertainment on May 22, "It's true that he purchased the home as he needed a place to reside in due to his consistent U.S. schedules."

Since his Hollywood debut in 2009 with film 'G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra', Lee Byung Hun has appeared in big-scale films such as 'The Magnificent Seven', 'Terminator: Genisys', and more.

You can't knock his plan of advancing his US career while raising his son in America.

His kid is going to have an easy life going to private school in LA.

Ok, I live in Southern California, and am familiar with the neighborhood around Univeral Studios. I have a good friend who lives there. $2 million would buy a very nice home, but nothing that would stand out or seem pretentious. Probably 4-5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3000 sq. Ft, 3 car garage, small backyard, and a good security system with cameras. Public schools are a joke in LA, so yes to private school education as DTRT pointed out.
