Actress Han Hyo Joo strictly denied all malicious rumors relating her to 'Burning Sun'.

On May 4, SBS's 'The It's Show' covered another segment of the multi-sector scandal of South Korean entertainment personnel related to club 'Burning Sun'. During the episode, a certain actress A had allegedly enjoyed a party thrown at 'Burning Sun', on the day of the violent incident involving Kim Sang Kyo. The party, which allegedly had drug use on site, was for the cosmetic company 'JM Solution', attended by the actress supposedly in her thirties.

As soon as the episode aired, netizens directed their attention to Han Hyo Joo, as she had been an exclusive contract model for JM Solution. When rumors depicting her as actress A began to spread, Han Hyo Joo strongly denied all claims related to the club, with her agency backing up those claims.

BH Entertainment announced, "Han Hyo Joo has never attended this party and has never set foot inside this club 'Burning Sun'."

Soon afterwards, the online fanclub of Han Hyo Joo also shared their stance, "there are many indiscriminate rumors that are spreading. This is causing defamation to Han Hyo Joo's name value and character. We, fans, strongly believe that Han Hyo Joo never participated in the event, just as BH Entertainment announced."
