Burning Sun employees destroy evidence?

While the media lead investigative teams on a goose chase (read: Alleged Foreign 'Mafia Lady' Madam Lin), Burning Sun club owners have been busy cleaning their tracks.

Burning Sun employees said to have relocated and destroyed various club documents in the middle of the night.

Two women from Burning Sun entered the office opposite Le Méridien the night of 31st March, where a man dressed in black was working.
Afterward, two 20-liter trash bags were brought out, which contained shredded documents. The next morning, the women sent two boxes of A4 paper in a lorry.

It has been confirmed that this office belongs to Cheonwon industry, which owns  Le Meridien Hotel and allegedly owns Burning Sun.

Cheonwon's chairman, Lee, is also co-CEO of Burning Sun and owns 8% shares in Burning Sun and nearly 70% shares in Cheonwon. Cheonwon Industry owns 42% shares in Burning Sun. Via simple math, Cheonwon industry has a 50% stake in Burning Sun.

Notes:

I don't know how it's still only "alleged" that Cheonwon owns Burning Sun when it says clear as day on audit books they're the majority shareholders. It's so far taking investigative authorities too long just to employ Common Sense.

Update: by the comments, some ppl are confused so I'm posting a user comment here that was enlightening:

"Burning Sun is already shut down and their documents/data was seized in a police raid earlier on in the investigation, but Lee Sunghyun (not seungri), CEO burning sun and 8% shareholder (also 70%share holder of cheonwon industry that is the owner of Le Meridien hotel that owns 42% of Burning Sun ) is the person that handled finances of BS (the chief accountant is already somewhere in the US and not available for questioning).

Burning Sun is already shut down, but Le Meridiene hotel/ cheonwon industry owns the property that was leased to the club, so this could be Le Meridien/ Choenwon industry/ Lee Sunghyun (all are the same) allegedly destroying their documents before the police raids them in connection to the financial charges against Burning Sun. Lee Sunghyun is likely the key player in whatever financial charges come out of this scandal."
