Should Seungri and all of the other people involved be defended or incarcerated?

I believe that everybody involved should get the punishment that they deserve, but the system in South Korea is very corrupted. And I know there are fans that still defend these idols. Let's talk it out in the comments. Btw for the people that are going to mention 'Well what if your favs were involved would you defend them?' If BTS was involved and they are the only group I stan so you know how much they mean to me. Anyways, if they were involved then I would unstan them before you can even say 'Tae Tae' so there is your answer.

This question makes no sense. Should they be defended? By who? Yes, they should be by attorneys. They deserve a fair trial like anyone else. Should they be defended by their fans? At this point, no. There's a lot of damning evidence and some have admitted to wrong doing to various degrees. Should the be incarcerated? Based on what has been released, some of them, yes. But it's not for us to decide. That's up to the Korean legal system. Let's hope all the attention keeps those involved in the investigation honest.
