Questionable Kpop lyrics

Have you ever listen to a kpop song and you're like wow love this song but when you read the lyrics  your face expression change to what?? . Here are some kpop lyrics that have you saying what???

DIA- My friends boyfriend

Even though it have one the best intros I've ever seen ( Chaeyeon dancing  man was the best intro dance I've ever seen.)

 This cutesy song carries a bad message to all young girls , they basically trying to steal your friend's  boyfriend  which can be a  bad thing , and its not nice to do that  because that will break your friend  heart and would jeopardize  your friendship . In the chorus it states ;

You’re my just friend
You’re my just friend
I’m sorry but I took him from you
I love it ah ah ah a

You love it , ummmm okay  right there  when she said  that , she  clearly wasn't your friend in the first place but yeah it carries a bad message to young girls thinking its okay to do this sort of act   but really its not nice to do and in the your friend heart won't be broken .

EXO - Monster

Yeah , sure its a good song but have you read the lyrics lately .These lyrics lyrics had many sayings that will creep you out.

Sure its every girl fantasy to have a  special bond with their bias , but to have your bias saying that kind of stuff to a girl , its a bit of a turnoff

Accept me for who I am
Put away your fearful worries
Enjoy the pain that you’re able to endure
Fall deeper inside

I’ll play with you however I want
Play inside my hands
Don’t run away, you’ll forever linger near

Better  yet comes off a aggressive and  getting  rapey  vibes.(just saying ).

Twice -Yes/Yes

Now as for this song that have Cutesy concept but carries not  bad but horrible message to young girls out there , Twice songs always makes sense but when they released their newest hit single last year Yes or Yes . I was a bit surprise to read the lyrics for their newest single , I'm always a fan of Twice songs but this song just give me cringy vibes .

As it states ;

Exhibit A
My scenario has become more daring than I thought
I’d say this plan is perfect, quite satisfying
I don’t care no matter what others say
You better tell me yes !

Exhibit B
I will say no to your no, is it me or us?
I respect your choice but reject your rejection
There is only one answer, the choice is up to you
Now, it’s all up to you

In conclusion they are willing to have a relationship with this guy by giving him two options .

Sigh we all wish that our crush would say  yes to date us , but giving them a choice and reject their rejections comes a bit creepy and stalkerish , I should know lol.. but to everyone don't promote this message and tell yourself you are worth it and are loved.

BTS - War of Hormone

War of Hormone” is the 3rd track on BTS' first studio album, Dark&Wild. They released it’s music video on YouTube on October 21st, during their concert tour.

Now many had stated that the song was misogynistic with lyrics that stated" that women are the best gifts  " Now I don't know about this but you  clearly get the point of what they trying to say.

Many netizens believe that song was objectifying women .

My eyes keep turning to the girls (yup)
Girls are like an equation, us guys just do them (yup)

Last year  July  Big Hit release a statement posted on their official fan cafe in response to outcry .

“We recognized the controversy about misogynistic lyrics in BTS’s songs at the end of 2015. After reviewing the lyrics, we found that some of them could be perceived as misogynistic, regardless of the intentions of the creator, and could make some people uncomfortable.

The agency as well as all of BTS feel very apologetic towards all the fans who have may have felt uncomfortable from any lyrics or social network posts, and we will take the criticisms and the points in question into consideration for future works.

Through self review and discussion, we’ve learned that we can’t be free of societal prejudices and mistakes, as they are a part of each individual’s growth and experiences, things that are seen and learned in society.

We’ve also learned that defining a woman’s position or value in society from a man’s point of view could be wrong.

We feel heavily responsible for not being more careful with the production of BTS contents, and causing everyone so much worry. Please continue to watch BTS grow, and if you would continue to point out our shortcomings, we will continue to work hard, always listening to the words of our fans and society.”

So all is forgiven and they apologize . Lets hope other kpop group would learn from this.

Could barely read this. How can something so badly written be published on a news site?
