Go Ara suffers injury on set of historical drama 'Haechi'

Actress Go Ara injured herself on the set of the SBS historical drama 'Haechi'.

On March 7, her label Artist Company told media outlets, "While filming for the SBS drama 'Haechi' in Mungyeong Saejae (a mountain pass), Go Ara suffered an injury from a fall. After calling an ambulance and getting an MRI, results showed she tore a ligament. It's not a light injury, and she's currently being transferred to a hospital in Seoul. We'll be able to inform you of the details after she undergoes an examination at the hospital."

Filming sageuk always comes with risks of injuries, especially when shooting action scenes out in the wilderness. I remember Chae Shi Ra broke a leg falling off a horse and was out for 8 weeks while filming Empress Cheonchu. Hopefully Go Ara's injury is not nearly that bad.
