BREAKING
'Burning Sun' is under suspicion of drugs and assault + according to employees Seungri knew

'Burning Sun' a club run by Big Bang Member Seungri is now under suspicion of drugs in addition to the assault charges.

On a broadcast by KBS 'News 9' on the 30th, drugs were administered secretly in the VIP room of Seungri's 'Burning Sun' club.  A former employee admitted, "It's an open secret."

Mr. A said, "I have clearly heard officers discuss marijuana here and that they've caught various people with cannabis at the club even with the police there."

According to various employees, Seungri knows of this very fact.

Stay tuned for more details.

I remember saying somewhere that Seungri should release a statement even if it's too early or if he didn't know wasn't involved and was told this and that lmao. In most cases you'd put out a statement saying I'll cooperate with the investigation and to find out the truth even if it's early at least you're saying something but meh.....

I wonder what those people will say lol.

But now it's a he said she said thing unless he puts out a statement clarifying everything. This is by the far the worst scandal

The only thing he ever did was invest a sh*t ton of money into the club and have a bullsh*t title people give out to people like him just so they can gain more business by saying a Big Bang member 'owns' the club when in reality he doesn't. It's a tactic used in the Business world all the time.

It's like when people have the Executive producer title on tv shows it's a bullsh*t title given to keep contract renegotiation happy and continuing and the show that's starting to fail can say "HEY! A well known person is helping 'produce' the show" When in reality all they do is give some money and don't do anything to help the show that the regular producers do.

Someone commented on one of these 'articles' before that told the whole truth of what is really happening and what is really known and not known.

Investing "a shit ton of money" into the club makes him an owner.. Just like an owner of a sports team, they don't run the day-to-day operations but they have final say on all decisions and it is ultimately THIER team. The owner is the only position within an organization that isn't fireable unless there are multiple owners. Like you said he was a part-owner of the club making the club partly his and therefore ultimately responsible with the other owners for the club. Running away because he knew the story would soon be leaked to the media makes him a coward. Seungri just because you and your mom quit 4 days before you knew the story would break doesn't mean you can wash your hands of the drugs and abuse that happened at your club and not comment. If the club isn't guilty or partly guilty, why run?

I am not excusing seungri but drugs in a club isnt exactly a surprise, pretty sure most club ignore their customers using drugs inside the club otherwise, most vips wouldnt go there. at this point they are dragging seungri as hard as they can and making a drama out of it. Seungri really needs to speak, otherwise things are really going to be worst than already are. after top scandal and now this with seungri, i really dont if bigbang will ever comeback.

But drugs are super illegal in South Korea. You can get years for just smoking drugs one time, even pot is super illegal. It would be different in America, even though drugs are illegal here sometimes a blind eye is there for certain drugs.

Someone commented on one of these 'articles' before that told the whole truth of what is really happening and what is really known and not known. It was the article right before this one i honestly can't remember it but the two incidences were completely different from each other from what people found out. One was last month and one was this month.

I dont know if he really resigned because of it but it has been stated that he has to give up ALL his positions as director and CEO of the companies he`s runs/owns because he`s going into the military and serving soldiers are banned from working elsewhere...

Actually one of articles did mention the real owner of the club, it was two names, don't remember, but yea. But it never mentioned if the owner said anything. Never said anything about it.

To me, it sounds like they're trying to use seungri as a scapegoat since he's famous and it will take the heat off of what people should actually be focusing on, which is the assault.... He wasn't even bloody there, and he can't control the actions of other people... Not saying he hasn't made any mistakes, such as quitting straight away and having full knowledge of the incident doesn't look good, but so far he actually hasn't done anything illegal... This is coming from someone who isn't even a fan of his

Funny how this is NOW a big problem since it's been a big speculation that YG has been mistreating Seungri. Never have I heard Marijuana used as a date rape drug unless some predator laced it with some type of other narcotic. So people need to get the FULL information and not some half ass story before coming to any type of conclusion. First, employees say Seungri wasn't aware and now they say he was...Give me more evidence.. I need to at least hear how many possible victims of these alleged assaults that have either been interviewed or have come forward. How many perpetrators are possibly involved etc etc. So far there is only an investigation because of suspicious activity. After the false allegations of rape on Chris Brown in Paris, I am no longer believing the worst until I hear at least half the facts of the story before I say there is even a possibility of truth.

for me its not a big surprise drugs being consumed in a club. In my city every club does that. One maybe more than the other but still. Its someones choice to take it or not. Whats really not acceptable is the drugging of women or making them drunk. He shouldn't have invested in the first place. Clubs are really hard to handle. I knew a person who was the owner of one.

Are everyone in their mind? Two of his beloved members of BB had to face marijuana scandals and Seungri knows at first hand what that meant for all of them and you think he is involved in such kind of trouble as drugs and sexual assaults meaning that he close his eyes and let happening? If is something in this world he stays away from them that are drugs and assault scandals. How credible are all those alphabets A,B,C... meanwhile his name "Seungri" is exposed everywhere just bcs is associated with the club. As usual someone well-known will be destroyed morally and his public image will be damaged while the investigations are ongoing and before any legal charge, this is how SK media and not only respects someone's human rights and they call that journalism, give me a break.

...lol at everyone acting like it's a big deal to begin with. Get the korean mindset off yourself, smoking weed in clubs isn't serious anywhere in the world but singapore where you can be potentially killed over it. Did he know that a strong smelling herb was being smoked by high priority clientele in his own club he frequents? Gee i wonder.....i'm sure the entire club knew. The assault can't be pinned on him, it happens nightly at clubs, which is why bouncers are a thing and so are authorities. They're trying to pin ANYTHING on him that they can. IF he was not partaking in the weed smoking ,can't be pinned on him. If he was supplying the weed, it can be. But if it was just brought into his club, the most he will be held responsible for legally is making it a point to enforce a no-drug policy in his own clubs.

This issue isn't as big as you guys are making it (on seungri's part at least) , stop promoting this shit allkpop. Only promote the legal shit, this is an interview, not an update.

thanks for showing, what a pathetic and hateful piece of shit you are, youre part of the problem of the kpop fanbase, part of the reason why korean celebrities end up being depressed, because no matter what they do, no matter how nice they are, worthless trash like you, who dont have a life, still want to hate around and get happy, when others are suffering, because you blame famous and happy people for your own, sad and miserable life...

Who cares whether seungri knows of drug use, what matters now is they properly investigate and if there is drug use and sexual assault that these people be sent UNDER the jail, NOT IN JAIL, UNDER and that includes seungri if he's involved. Thrs no point in reporting whether he knows or not, the resources should be used instead to report on the actual crimes being committed and agn as i said earlier if seungri is involved then off to jail

Killed a man from a fatal car crash, there’s been many other innocent people that have done that. Drug addicts.... you can’t be addicted to marijuana, marijuana is harmless.. yeah, I smoke it too so call me a druggie also. What’s wrong about plastic surgery? They have been in the industry for over 10 years, they live in the plastic surgery capital of the world, at this point there has been no idol that hasn’t gotten any form of cosmetic work.

Bigbang does do and say some pretty chavanisic things, which I don’t care for but it’s something that has been deeply embedded in Korean society, 3rd Gen idols are starting to change that up which is why your seeing it more and more is because you have something to compare it with.

Most kpop is EXTREMELY manufactured. God only knows what your oppas and unnies do behind closed doors when the camera is off.

I am tired of his fans excuses, "He isn't taking care of the club anymore" or "He doesn't know what is going on" Of course he knows what's going on. He isn't living in under a rock. "He was managing that club when it happened, who cares if he's not in charge anymore. If he wasn't involved, he should release a statement. He should step up and apologize to the victims and for not noticing the corruption in his company, instead of running away. It's the only thing that'll save his image. " Plus he left the club like a week ago, isn't that suspicious to you?

How much longer are their contracts with YG? I think he's gonna make it as painful for all involved as he can.
