As it was already revealed from member Subin at their First Fan Meeting: Welcome to Wonderland on Sunday, 18th VICTON's Seungwoo suffered from an injury while practicing for the event. To reassure their fandom, Seungwoo went to the hospital the next day.
Plan A Entertainment's officially statement is as follows:

On November 24th (Saturday) at POSCO Concert: Blooming Dreams, due to member Han Seungwoo's leg injury (a muscle rupture), Seungwoo will sit on the chair during the performance.
As the result of medical judgement, the movement should be minimized so it's difficult to perform dance moves.
We ask for your understanding and will try to recover as soon as possible after the performance.
We will work hard to show you a better performance next time.
